Refund policy

Returns
We don't have a return policy, therefore you can ask for a refund after you receive your goods. Additionally, you will require the proof of purchase or receipt.  

You must have a 360-degree video of the parcel opening if you receive the item damage.  You can reach us at littlejoy.in2022@gmail.com to begin a return. Please be advised that returns must be submitted to,

Following inspection, if your return is approved, you will receive a return mailing label along with details on where and how to deliver your shipment.  Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
